Privacy / Datenschutz

How Allotrope GmbH processes personal data in connection with the website, forms and lead magnets (checklist delivery), the programme environment (Huddle), checkout pages (Plug&Pay) and payments (Mollie), e-mail (MailBlue/ActiveCampaign), booking (Cal.com), video calls and documents (Google Workspace / Google Meet), video content (Vimeo), cookies/consent and optional AI functions where active. Privacy requests: contact@allotrope.de.

Privacy-friendly by default: this website uses cookieless, aggregated statistics only. External booking calendars and video players load only after your explicit click, and data is shared with those providers only from that moment.

AI transparency: where Academy functions use AI, the interface makes clear that you are interacting with an AI system, and AI-generated or AI-modified content is identified where legally required (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, EU AI Act). AI functions are supportive; they do not make decisions about people.

Terms — B2B Sales Terms (AGB)

The B2B sales terms (AGB / Verkaufsbedingungen) apply to paid products, product pages, checkout and order confirmations. Together with the platform terms below they form the complete terms of Allotrope Academy, including licence, seat and confidentiality provisions.

Terms — Platform Terms (Nutzungsbedingungen)

The platform terms (Nutzungsbedingungen) apply to the academy, the Huddle community, digital content, accounts, seats and licences, AI functions and platform use.

Licensed professional use

Academy access, learning materials, templates and proprietary frameworks are licensed for the users or seats included in the relevant programme. They are not intended for unrestricted copying or redistribution inside or outside an organisation. Your own completed work products — such as an Executive Alignment Dossier — may be used, shared internally and developed further for your organisation’s own business purpose. If additional colleagues need to work directly with the protected Academy materials, additional seats, a team licence or an appropriate team/project format can be arranged.

Confidentiality by design

Executive alignment work can involve sensitive organisational, strategic, stakeholder and project information. Confidentiality is therefore part of the working relationship. For guided, team or project-based engagements in which material confidential company or project information is exchanged, Allotrope and the client normally put a mutual NDA in place before substantive project work begins.

Professional use only

Professional use only. Allotrope Academy offers are intended for business and professional users.
