Her professional experience ranges from recruiting and talent acquisition through organisational development, employer branding and coaching to business relations and change & transformation.
As a result, Céline does not look solely at functions, structures or organisational processes. She looks at the person, the context, the relationships – and at what it takes to truly move people and organisations forward.
